W&DSBA DRESS CODE
(Based on BCGBA & BCGBA Ladies CC Dress Code)
The following to be adhered to for all W&DSBA competition finals
(Also, to include any practice on the day)
1 Footwear
Players must wear suitable footwear. No hard or block heeled footwear, open toed sandals or flip flops to be worn
2 Dress
Men Trousers. These shall be full length trousers, single coloured in black only. Shorts. These shall be knee length tailored shorts, single coloured in black only.
Ladies Trousers tailored cropped trousers. Tailored shorts or skirts, to be at least knee. Length. All to be single coloured in black only.

Studs, rivets, and zipped pockets are not allowed, nor are external pockets on the leg. Nothing in this rule shall prevent exceptions being made for individuals with a relevant disability.
Shirts must be collared with sleeves and may be embellished with any or, all of the following; players name, club insignia, county insignia, manufacturers insignia, sponsors name.
In all team competitions (including pairs) team shirts must be worn.
Where necessary, and in accordance with the pertaining weather conditions, sweaters or wet weather gear may be worn, but correct dress must be worn beneath.
Nothing in the above shall be interpreted to allow the wearing of tracksuits, shell suits, denims, skinny jeans, or leggings.

Any player failing to conform to this standard will be prevented from playing (Or continuing) in the competition.
In the case of team competitions any offending player must be substituted prior to the commencement of the game. However, if the player’s game has commenced, the player shall score nil and the opponent shall receive the maximum score.
