just an update on the arrangements for the Prize Presentation.
Venue GESM.
Start 12:30 for 1pm.
Tickets. You have already been given the two tickets which are charged to all teams. I need to know by Friday 29th November if you need extra tickets. This is so I can order the buffet.
You can pay for the tickets on the day but if I don't know if you are coming then you might have to share a plate. Please email me or text with any extra tickets you will need.
Raffle Prize donations. It is expected that each team provide a raffle prize- usually a bottle- on the day. Last year was very poor with only 15 prizes brought.
A list of prize winners who will be presented with their prize money and trophies is on the next page
All other prize monies due will be given to delegates after the presentation.
Cheques will be presented to Charities before the buffet.
Reception is at the back of the club where you drive in.
